With over 40 years of experience in the Hospitality Trade, I am equipped to provide your venue with a comprehensive and professional report detailing the outcomes of your Food or Liquor Bar stocktakes. To facilitate this process, I require copies of your delivery notes, invoices, credit notes, takings, wastage allowances and a complete till or epos report for the relevant stock period. This information can be submitted via email in JPEG or PDF format. Utilizing this data, I will generate a report that outlines your profits, results, and highlights any areas of concern—marked in pink—that may be adversely affecting your profitability and the overall stability of your venue. Upon completion of the stocktake analysis, I will provide you with a detailed report containing my observations, comments, and recommendations aimed at reducing waste and enhancing your venues profitability. Please note that you are under no obligation to implement these suggestions, as the final decisions rest with you.

Additionally, I kindly request a copy of your most recent stock report, if available. In the absence of this document, please note that your initial result will be derived from the second stock-take, with the first stock-take representing the opening stock.

Please ensure that all information provided is accurate. Inconsistencies may lead to incorrect results and analyses. The responsibility for the accuracy of the information lies solely with you, and I cannot accept responsibility for any erroneous outcomes.

Below, you will find samples of the reports utilized to process your venue's results. I do not categorize products into stock groups; instead, they are listed in a single stock group in alphabetical order.

As these are e-Stocktakes, I charge a fee of £15.00 for processing each individual stocktake. Payment can be made via invoice or bank transfer, and full payment is required prior to the dispatch of your results.

This service is available to:

Restaurants, cafes, café bars, fish and chip shops, coffee shops, fast food establishments, takeaways, work place canteens, public houses, sports clubs, social clubs, private clubs, working men's clubs, bistros, micro bars, and any other venues engaged in the sale of food or drink are all encompassed within this service. Individual operators, chains, and franchise operators are strongly encouraged to take advantage of this offering.

I am available to assist seven days a week throughout the majority of the year. Results are typically provided on the same day or, at the latest, within three working days, contingent upon my current workload or the necessity for further information or clarification. Only myself has access to this Information thus ensuring Confidentiality.
